Emilie Boutin has helped me so much over the last 16 months. I had stop work due to severe anxiety which unbeknownst to me I have been suffering from all my life. She has given me a whole new approach and appetite for life that i never would have thought could happen in July 2022. I am a different person physically and mentally, have a better marriage, stronger friendships and a happy team who work for me.

Emile changed my life and i will be forever greatful. If you need someone to talk to she is the one.

I recently completed the Mental Health First Aid for Adolescents which was outstanding. As an educator is was great to learn so much about different mental illnesses. All staff were very friendly, thank you so much.

It took me many years to build the courage to go to therapy, but I believe the time for me was now. Meeting Erica (erasmus) has been a blessing, and it is helping me massively to understand myself and to look at life experiences in the way I need to. In 5 sessions I have discovered more about myself than in the last 20 years. Every therapist is different but I believe I was matched perfectly with Erica, and I will continue to visit her for as long as this process takes me.. thank you to the lighthouse, and thank you to Erica, for making a tough process nothing to fear, and at times enjoyable.

My daughter asked me when she could see the doctor today and I told her we can’t and will look for another one. I couldn’t tell her the real reason, that the clinic only pretends to care, the doctor only pretends to care, the staff only pretends to care. They only care about money.
There was a scheduling issue because the staff kept moving things. According to them the schedule that was fixed for the next 3 months all of a sudden didn’t work for the doctor and when I asked them to send us a reminder through phone I was told that’s not how they operate. I missed an appointment because of all this and I got a call saying I will need to pay. I said I’m done with them and while I want to see my child improve I am tired of being held hostage. I filled out questionnaires that were sent by the management. I told them exactly what happened but didn’t even get a courtesy call to understand or explain. Terrible way to treat people and especially when children are involved. Please do better. I will also be raising this with the Heath authorities.

The course content and the facilitator were outstanding. The program is well designed for us to know the challenges that people around us experience. As a mental health first aider I got to learn the correct language to use and the skills to support the individual. We also learnt the importance of seeking and getting the professional help for the individual. It was an amazing training of two days, packed with learning and insights. Highly recommend it...

The Smart Hearts board game is a MUST for any family with children!  Such a wonderful tool to interact with kids and get some emotional insight using this fun game.

Founder Dr. Saliha Afridi is an incredible woman who has taken her wealth of knowledge and experience into her venture The Lighthouse Arabia. I attended an amazing workshop on Intuition that left me with so much to build on in my own inner wellness journey. Lovely location also. Very grateful for this experience.

I have had the privilege to experience the expertise of Christine Kritzas, who is of the highest calibre. Nothing is ever too much effort for her to assist with. She makes time after hours and even before hours to accommodate a client, doesn’t matter where in the world the client is. Her professionalism and compassion is evident in the results in her clients. Even if there is a waiting time, that would be because she and the practice are so sought after. Highly highly recommended!!!!!

Had a great experience with the The Lighthouse Arabia. Recently attended the Cyber SMART Parenting Journey Online Workshop which was absolutely incredible. The facilitator was knowledgeable but also realistic and compassionate which left me feeling empowered when the workshop ended. Highly recommended!

I attended Lighthouse after suffering some serious life threatening medical issues and problems and having undergone numerous emergency surgeries to save my life. 

Surgeons cut you up and sew you back together again but they don’t help with the mental process of adapting to life after. Which can be really hard. 

In fact, one of the most common cause of clinical depression is to have such a thing happen to you. 

Lighthouse helped me piece myself back together again and make it through another 4 operations to try and regain as much of my physical function as possible. 

I really and honestly don’t know how I would have made it through the last 18 months without them. 

My biggest thanks and appreciation go to Dr Mitchell and Farah for their support during this time.

I love that they offer you a free 15-min consultation to find a therapist that is the right fit for you.   Everyone at the LightHouse has a passion for what they do and it really shows in the service that's provided. Highly recommend

I'm so pleased i have found a place in Dubai which has been able to help me. The center and the therapists have been wonderful!

The outside looks like a hotel and is so grand..... unfortunately I did not have a very good experience, the therapist was not as nice as I thought and I sat there in a grey room feeling worse than ever. I am now going to Life works and found a fantastic therapist who is professional, compassionate and knows her work well.

I was always skeptical about psychiatry/psychology but was convinced by reliable sources to at least try.Truly grateful to those who recommended you and to your exemplary psychologists for providing deep insight and thereby peace of mind .i intend to pass on my observations to family and friends so they too can benefit from your highly professional services
