* It is strictly forbidden to use cell phones, cameras and any recording device inside the game room. However, Escape does encourage taking pictures in the waiting/reception area.
* For children under 10 years old, at least one adult per room is required.
* It is forbidden to eat food and drinks inside the rooms.
* Escape reserves the right to cancel your reservation(s) if:

Confirmation calls not answered
* (Escape will call the number mentioned in the booking details). Confirmation calls will be as follows:
1 . One day before the date of booking
2 . On the same day as the booking date
3 . 1 hour before booking time
* In the event that the reservation confirmation calls are not answered or the wrongly entered number is contacted when booking, the Escape team will send a message or an email to ensure that they reach you and confirm the reservation.
