Dubai Marina is a definition of sophistication and uniqueness. It covers 50 million square feet of waterfront. This man-made marina was constructed along a 2-mile  stretch of the Persian Gulf shoreline.

You can soak up the sun at Jumeirah Beach.

You must take a walk along the beautiful Promenade, a palm-lined waterfront walkway with landscaped greenery. that is dotted with cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes, and pop-up craft markets. Here you can enjoy views of the emerald-hued waterway with luxury yachts passing by.

From here you can take a boat ride through the marina in the upscale yachts while you marvel at the spectacular skyscrapers that offer amazing views of the marina with each having its own unique architectural style.

Be sure to capture photos at the beautiful Dubai Marina Walk fountain. After a day of exploring, unwind and relax at one of the spas along the walk.

MArina promenade is a place where kids and adults can enjoy in their own way. There is a boating facility also. If you want the yatch facility to enjoy that also available. So many branded restaurants also there.  Day and night you can enjoy beautiful view.

One of the best buildings in Dubai. Very good management and maintenance, excellent pools, gyms etc. Clean modern building with AC included.

Sometimes a little noisy on the weekends due to the young party crowd.

Excellent views and easy entry and exit in the midst of Marina and JBR traffic.. plus they have good courts for squash and badminton.

Marina Promenade is a cluster of residential towers in Marina Dubai. Height of the towers ranges from 77 - 147 meters high.

Emaar FM site office. A good view of modern architecture, beaches and man made river.

A great place to live and rest !!! All nearby .... shops, cafes, and entertainment for children, and the beach ... Calm, relaxed atmosphere ... It's nice to be there ... and it's even nicer to go back there))))
