Nice place to visit especially with kids. The farm is massively large. But the tour guide does not have all the information that an adult would want to know about so if you could give people a contact to ask questions so that on preceding tours the tour guide will also be more adverse with the information frequently asked.

As from today.. we will be buying Al a Rawabi only! We had the tour this morning and it really hit me how they are allowing people to visit the farm for free and even give us a goody bag full of juice to take home! They look after the cows and so on well and the factory is clean! My son loved looking at the cows! If a company can provide a free tour for children so they can learn about how milk is produced and the journey to their tummy.. they need our full support! I just wish they added the following to their range: buttermilk, cow butter and cheese sticks.  I also wish they had a small shop where we can buy the freshly packed milk.  Amazing experience today!!

I am one of the long term customers of Al Rawabi for its products of Wheat Brown Bread and Milk. The Bread is full of softness and taste, which makes me to buy the Bread again and again. Thank You Al Rawabi❤️🌻💯!

I would love to contact the company to schedule a tour, but the telephone reception is not up to standard. Their communication skills are very poor, and they keep putting down the line.

I love their products, My only concern is it is not a professional company specially with communication,  0 respect 0 etiquette for the clients.

Unfortunately they are full until after ramadan. And can't take new people who wants to visit.

They are offering farm visit free of cost.

Surprised to see more than 12000 cows in the farm. They have Wonderful staff. It's worth to see the farm and production line.

It is ok... it will be good if they have little more details.

I read on their website they care a lot about the dairy cows & that to be able to produce milk the cow should be a female so I messaged them on facebook to ask a normal question (any person would have the right to ask to know where the milk they buy is cominh from) which is well what do you do if the baby calf is not a female hence won’t be able to produce milk later on? They saw the message & never replied till now which I mean if I was actually a dairy consumer I would have some doubt about their practices by not replying ... but of course in such industry where male calfs are of « no use » I’m not surprised. Good job on the transparency ...

Had a chance to visit the place with family. Do not take baby stawlers inside. Bus trip is fine but buses are old, find a seat with good viewing window, as you will view the cows farms from inside the bus only. Do not lose that feedback form it us your key to get gifts bag at the end of trip. Overall not a bad trip but could have done better.

Hi there, I was passing by the Supermarket on Jamal Abdul Nasser Street, the new Amber Supermarket. I went to talk to the promoter outside. Very unimpressed! She was more concerned with her mobile. Did not talk well, terrible accent. Please use better promoter's. It has left me dis-interested in your products, honestly.
