Walk, Run or Cycle FREE at Yas Marina Circuit with TrainYAS™

Walk, Run or Cycle for free on the iconic Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, the same track where F1 champions have raced, during TrainYAS sessions every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 6 PM to 10 PM. Open to all ages and fitness levels, the event offers free bike and helmet rentals on a first-come, first-served basis, with online registration available on-site via free Wi-Fi. Tuesdays are ladies-only, making it a perfect midweek activity for women. Participants can walk, run, or cycle the full GP track under the floodlights, with hydration stations available. This unique fitness experience is powered by Abu Dhabi Sports Council and is a must-try for residents and visitors alike.
