It's a good place to buy fresh fish Market we can bargain get for good value price. They have cutting and cleaning in the same fish market. Other option we can give to restaurant they will cook on our option grill or fry with different type of sauce with the less price.
And we can dine in the same restaurant. Its inside the mall they have other shop place to purchase item. They have seperste fruit and meat market. Kids play area lulu hyper market.

The fish market is the largest I’ve seen but it necessarily is variety. It is also the cleanest.

Meat market is much smaller than fish and of course no pork so mainly meat varieties and poultry.

The veggie market has vibrate produce with a good variety but all will be imported as they don’t have local farms.

They have lots of local dry goods such as dates and spices as well.

Worth the visit especially if you stay in Dubai for a period of time.

Excellent market. Clean sales area. Cutting, cleaning area separate. Available variety of fishes and shell 🐚fish is huge. Quality is good and reliable. Very hygienic. Satisfied😊.

Its best to avoid visiting this market during weekends and holidays as it gets too crowded. Otherwise its best place to buy many fresh food at one place, from veggies to meat and fish. Fish is especially best here,  with a very wide choice at very liberal prices. It has a nice waterfront restaurant and walking and waiting area to spend some peaceful time with family after some very useful purchasing. Head to this market if you have the habit of buying groceries for more than a week at once, you will see gains very clearly both in terms of money and in terms of time saved.

Very well maintained clean and neat.  Professionally managed stalls. Fresh fish and meat available. There is a special paid stalls available other side for cutting fishes with token system. Fruits and veg seems to be little expensive than supermarkets.  Spacious parking available. Trolleys are available in underground parking. Lulu supermarket available in the same building.

Hi The water front market (new fish market) timing is changed : before night 10:00pm to 11:00pm was closed for cleaning. But only no closing time at night. But afternoon 1:00pm to 4:00pm is closed...

Nice experience. Fish selection and shopping is great experience. Fish cutting is not up to to the expectation, we request to cut the fish according to our requirement , but they cut as they wish...

An awesome place for with lovers. Price are moderate and there is wide variety of tasty fish. In addition it got a section of fresh vegetables, fruits and nuts. Also kids have a corner to entertain themselves

There were restaurants that accept your fresh fish and cook it on the spot.

 It is closed from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM

For a fish market, this is absolutely clean and also smells fresh. I love the display and varieties of the seafood here. The car park is huge and they have a feature to search your car. Just enter your car number on the machine and it tells you where you have parked. This is a must visit place.

Earlier Deira Fish Market was moved here to Waterfront Market. It also houses vegetable market, butchery, lot of restaurants, coffee shops. You can bargain while purchasing fish. Fish Cleaning takes a little longer time than expected. So plan visiting during non peak hours like early morning before 7AM. Fish market is closed from 10PM to 11PM. They stop allowing people 15 mins or so prior. More restaurants to open here. This place also has waterfront as it's name suggest. Free parking available in the basement.

Arabic Langue is an issue. Most of the staff here do not speak ARABIC. What a shame!

This is the new Dubai’s fish and vegetable market. And from outside it doesn’t look like it. It looks like a fancy shopping mall with underground parking. Well done Dubai!
The market had to main large halls. One for the fish and the second for the vegetable sections. And the rest of the market/mall has stores, cafes and restaurants. 
I do not like the current systems for bargaining prices as the sale person change prices based on the customer nationality, looks and skill of bargaining. I wish to unified prices for all.

Worth a Trip any time of the day, with friends, family or alone. Looking for a fresh Catch , Fresh Poultry or Meat ? Just walk in. Free Parking and lots to shop around. A must visit for Meat, Fresh Veggies/Fruits & Fish Lovers 
Bonus is they have multiple cafes, sea facing bistros, Flea Karts, retail shops and more

Finally we've got rid from the fish market and got a great place for the shopping of fish. The choice of fish is fantastic although prices can be more reasonable. The choice of meat so far is not as in hypermarket, however prices are similar. Quality of vegetables is good and prices same as in hypermarket. Considering level of prices I do not think it is good idea to drive there for 1 hour from the Dubai Land

we just came back and our car is full with fresh fish and veggies. the fish is much cheaper and its a cool experience for the kids to see so manny traders and fishes together. will def go again! same with the fruit and veggies!
