The Constellation at Founders’ Memorial

In the center of the founder's monument is the "chandelier", which is an innovative three-dimensional artwork characterized by its dynamic nature and shows the features of Sheikh Zayed from several angles around the monument. The work of art was created by Ralph Helmke, the world's best known humanist artist. The height of the pavilion that embraces the artwork "Al Thuraya" is 30 meters, and it includes 1327 symmetrical geometric shapes suspended on 1110 cables. During the night, the harmonious geometric shapes that make up the artwork are illuminated in a way that simulates the stars in the sky that still radiate light and guide us to the right path, like the late Sheikh Zayed, who lights the future for future generations. Geometric shapes known as "regular geometric shapes", which are famous for their beauty and geometric regularity, are aligned to form five patterns.
