One of the earliest parks to open was Safa Park. It is situated in Bur Dubai at the intersection of four streets, including two major ones: Al Wasl Road, which faces the Al Safa Library and the Union Cooperative Society, and the second interchange of Sheikh Zayed Road, which is located next to the Water Canal. Park amenities and services include children's play areas, park theatre, track and field court, free playgrounds for park visitors (basketball), prayer rooms, restaurants and cafeterias, public facilities (restrooms) and free parking for park visitors. The trains that shuttle guests around Safa Park Dubai are among the park's most well-liked attractions. The train stops at around 9 locations and travels through the entirety of Dubai's enormous 64 hectare park. More than 80% of the park is made up of lush, well-kept grass with a variety of flowers and plants.
