All key shots are taught to students at the PRO Tennis Academy using the correct grip, swing path, and body placement. Players utilize bigger racquets, balls that bounce higher and faster, play on bigger courts with taller netting as they go through their system. Each student will have the opportunity to spar with a coach or a classmate and compete against their peers in games of points. Every coach at the PRO Tennis Academy follows a set lesson plan that includes a nice balance of informative drills, fun games, and point play and rallying exercises. Social nights are suitable for adults from 18 years old and above. Duration of the sessions is of 60 minutes. You can also rent a tennis court, ball machine and equipment (including raquets, tennis balls and grips) for your own entertainment.
