Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Classes

Osana Family Wellness is offering 2 different yoga classes for ladies, mommies & mommies-to-be! First-class for women's & prenatal yoga (2nd & 3rd Trimester Only)⁠; the practice in this class is fully supportive of pregnancy, and of the female body’s cyclical journey through life. All women are welcome to join this practice.⁠ The second class for postnatal yoga (Minimum 6 weeks postpartum)⁠; this friendly class gives you the chance to meet other new mums and supports your post-pregnant body in its recovery and return to pelvic health. ⁠To attend the postnatal class preferred to wait 6 weeks after vaginal birth and a minimum of 8 weeks and with the doctor's approval after a cesarean section. Feel free to bring your little one with you if you like, Osana will provide you with a blanket for he/her to lie on and you are welcome to feed, change diapers and do what you need to do to keep the baby happy.⁠
