Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Classes
Osana Family Wellness is offering 2 different yoga classes for ladies, mommies & mommies-to-be! First-class for women's & prenatal yoga (2nd & 3rd Trimester Only); the practice in this class is fully supportive of pregnancy, and of the female body’s cyclical journey through life. All women are welcome to join this practice. The second class for postnatal yoga (Minimum 6 weeks postpartum); this friendly class gives you the chance to meet other new mums and supports your post-pregnant body in its recovery and return to pelvic health. To attend the postnatal class preferred to wait 6 weeks after vaginal birth and a minimum of 8 weeks and with the doctor's approval after a cesarean section. Feel free to bring your little one with you if you like, Osana will provide you with a blanket for he/her to lie on and you are welcome to feed, change diapers and do what you need to do to keep the baby happy.
