Introduce your child to the world of excitement and adventure with Invictus Fighter's Ninja program! A unique experience that combines challenge and fun, the Ninja program develops your child's skills and increases their fitness condition in a fun-filled environment. The program is designed for children from 4-8 years old and takes place every Friday from 3:45 PM to 9:15 PM. It consists of five sports activities with breaks in between. The program includes 30 minutes of general fitness and warm-up, followed by 50 minutes of parkour. Afterwards, there's a 25-minute break with snacks. Your child will then enjoy 60 minutes of gymnastics, followed by a 10-minute break. The program also includes 50 minutes of group play, and another 30-minute break with meal.
