Mini Chef- Mommy and Me - Bread Baking
Price per person, 16 March, from 11am to 1 pm. Mini garlic and herb butter fan rolls, beef bacon and tripple cheese pull apart bread, cookie butter spin rolls and bow shaped cinnamon bread rolls ( Bread dough to be made from scratch).
Lad's Night
Price per person, 19 March, from 7 pm to 9 pm. Loaded potato skin bites, crispy chicken wings with a homeade buffalo sauce, slow - cooked veal ragu with pappardella pasta from scratch.
Mini Chef - Mommy and Me - Mother's Day Edition
Price per person, 21 March, from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Rosemary and cheddar pull-apart bread loaf, bowtie pasta from scratch with alfredo sauce, crispy baked chicken tenders and mixed berry crumble muffins.
Mother's Day Brunch
Price per person, 22 March, from 11am to 1 pm. Crispy heart of palm with fennel salad on miso butter bean puree, apple,walnut and chedder loaf, wild mushroom and cheese phyllo crinkle tart and gnocchi with lemon and hazelnut pesto.
Spring Focaccia Masterclass
Price per person, 23 March, from 11am to 1 pm. Learn to bake focaccia bread with sourdough starterfrom scratch and make flavours like; spinach, artichoke with fet, focaccia au gratin with caramalised onion and crispy chilli garlic oil with spring onion focaccia.
Mini Chef - Under the Sea
Price per person, 23 March, from 111am to 1 pm. Starfish shaped pizza with a toppings bar, octopus shaped custard buns and crab shaped choclate cinnamon bread.
Soul Food
Price per person, 25 March, from 5 pm to 7 pm. Abruzzo-style stuffed bell peppers, Jerk spiced baby chicken with fried plantains, jollof rice with spicy homemade chorizo, black beans and buttermilk beignets.
Middle - Eastern Dessert Fiesta
Price per person, 25 March, from 11am to 1 pm. Learn to make the perfect kunafa with orange - blossom custard and akkawi cheese, hoeny glazed pistachio and walnut baklava and a dried lemon pound cake with saffron honey glaze.
MIni Chef - Cookie Masterclass
