We had some issues with our room allocation upon arrival, which were promptly escalated and resolved the next morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is stunning—the videos and pictures online don’t do it justice. You really have to experience it in person. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 7 days on our third visit to Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. This time we chose the half-board package, which was excellent value with a great choice of restaurants. As always, the service from all staff was fantastic and we had no issues at all. The rooms are starting to look a little tired, but we were told renovations will begin from August. Overall, still a wonderful experience and well worth the price.

From the concierge service to the in-room amenities, the staff delivered exceptional service throughout our stay. Our room was immaculately presented and well-maintained, with therapeutic pillow options available upon request—an especially thoughtful touch for guests with neck concerns.

The dining experience was equally impressive. We enjoyed a Shanghai-themed buffet complemented by a wide variety of international cuisine, all prepared to a high standard.

The attention to detail and the captivating beauty of Ottoman-inspired opulence throughout the property added to the overall charm and luxury of our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Location is good for a nice view, but 40min from the city. So be prepared for a taxi ride.

The room is great though it shows its age. 2 to 3 nights is needed to well utilise the complimentary service.

Not cheap, but the overall service and activities offered with off peak season price is a great choice.

All the hotel staffs included the valet parking, waiters, room service even the staff in kids club, are very nice and helpful.

I felt sick on the second day they also helped immediately for the medicines, and I could leave my kids at the kids club + the private cinema in hotel so I could rest well.

It was a fantastic experience. Definitely will go back again.

This resort is just perfect! The restaurants, the views, the pool, the beach, and the guest room! The spa is the best I’ve been to in all my travels to 30+ different countries. Most importantly, the staff and the service provided were exceptional!! The housekeepers, and the entire staff took very good care of us.

I recently stayed at this supposedly 5-star hotel, and the experience was far from stellar. First off, checking in felt like a marathon – the process dragged on for an eternity

My initial encounter was a nightmare. Imagine the shock of a room service personnel strolling in uninvited, turning a supposed luxury stay into an invasion of privacy.

As if that wasn't enough, the shower water's unsettling yellow tint indicated poor cleanliness, raising serious concerns about the room's hygiene.

On a subsequent visit, a different day of stay, we faced the same issue with the checking in, the AC unit emitted a deafening noise, comparable to being inside an aircraft engine. This forced me to endure a night without the supposed luxury of air conditioning. A 5-star experience? Hardly

I strongly discourage staying at this hotel based on the numerous problems I encountered. The service and amenities provided were nowhere near the standard I expected for the price paid. If it were possible, I would rate it a flat 0 out of 5. I recommend exploring alternative accommodations to avoid the disappointment I experienced.

Me and my husband have received fantastic service at this hotel . Thank you adel ( housekeeping staff)  for your incredible room service . Adel would continue to surprise us after housekeeping service was completed  and we would be delighted when  we would return back to our room. Food was lovely and staff were very great and helpful. Hotel is impeccable and we have really enjoyed our stay . We would love to come back and stay here again .

Had a fantastic time at the Zabeel, it surpassed our expectations. Id recommend the upgrade to a club room as it was great value. Earl who runs the club has a great personality (and memory) and makes you feel like a VIP or maybe a family friend! Jen in the club was amazing too, always remembered our drinks order from days ago and welcomed us by name every time! Really great luxury break thanks.
