I went there on 3rd Dec 2023. It's a nice place to enjoy your weekend. There is no entrance fee. There are lots of cafes to have food/snacks/drinks. I enjoyed seeing the art gallery. From On-Passive metro station, take bus no 110, stop at Al Quoz Creative, then walk to Al Serkal Avenue. Follow the maps. It's the correct location.

If you want to see local art, you must check out this place. There are so many galleries with cool works, as well with many cafes and shops. The outside area initially seemed a bit weird at first like I was in a garage, but I guess it was because I arrived early and there were no people haha. It's nice to hang out with friends and spend half of the day there

Visited here for volunteering Tarahum - for Gaza in warehouse no.1. Excellent initiative. Amazing to see the community coming together to donate & volunteer.

Al Sarkel Avenue has many artistic shops worth visiting too

It is a great example of adaptive reuse. The place has a fun yet functional vibe. The avenue offers a wide range of things such as entertainment for all ages, physical therapy clinics, ranges of cafes, art galleries, co-working spaces, as well as events like concerts or just a club night.
If you are in Dubai it's a must-visit area, especially at night time. Do check their site beforehand to know what events are going on.

The place is very interesting, has many small gallery arts. Unfortunately most of them are closed till mid of Sep. there are many mini restrictions and coffee spots. Must visit after mid day around 1500ish because of the heat and humidity since you have to walk. I highly recommend the visit since you are in Dubai. Most of the places are free and no need for reservations or tickets.

One of my favorite places in Dubai. The art scene is fantastic. With little hidden gems all about (shops and cafes). It’s glorious in the winter time. A dubai must see!

Visited from Canada. A must go Wonderful place to be at. Great selection of vendors.. great events with lots of cafes and small bites areas. Music, cinema and art in one place. Love it

I always visit here whenever I want to unwind or checkout great events. The hub is really cool and it amazes me every time they put up art activations or installations!

Lovely place to hangout with your friends. Beautiful events every now and then. The only thing I wish to change there if they stop allowing cars inside during peak hours or events. With cars driving around it becomes very hard for people to walk freely and chill

One of the best streets to explore. It retro yet modern! And has good places to eat at which cater for carnivores and vegan alike. When there is an event it is a very lively and happening area. Highest recommendation! Make sure to Visit it when there is an outdoor event.

One of the unique places in Dubai that is a must to visit especially the unique coffee shop, chocolate factory and antique cars store.

The place to get creative and see what's new in Dubai and the region's off-beat art scene. Great cafes and nice to walk around or work quietly.

Great place to sit and do your work or just chill and read a book maybe also if you want to stay out of home

There are a lot of galleries, shops, coffee, exhibitions to wander around. I loved the chocolate workshop the most where you can try many flavors. You can enjoy live music show, taking great pictures, having foods and see lots of arts around. Highly recommend for families, friends, couples

Whole neighborhood is filled with many art galleries so you don't have to search them all over the city.
There is also some great cozy cafes and a real chocolate factory!

Wish there were more art spots like this in the world. Great creative hub. Feel it needs more events that the public can enjoy, open air concerts and the like. At the moment it seems to be niche Arabic improv shows at the junction. Chapter Arts centre in Cardiff, Wales is a prime example of what this could be. As an art space it’s great and exhibitions change around every 3 to 6 months. There is replay value here and it’s free to enter.

I mentioned this in another review, but avoid Al Ain zoo, it’s a joke.

Great place with great atmosphere. Sadly the lightning reflecting off every drawing, painting and other, ruins the purpose of the visit. I do encourage people to see this place with its treasures on every event!

very good place for art lovers. multiple galleries and categories to chose from. the best part is that you can simply roam around without having to actually buy any ticket or other stuff.  it specially very nice during the events. if you love art, a definite place to visit. 4 stars because i feel the overall area and shops are a bit less. kind of feels like something is missing.

We come here for their outdoor screening of Independent movies and short films during the winter months.  It's free and I truly enjoyed most of the short films I've watched so far. It's refreshing to watch something non-mainstream Americans-safe- the -world movies for a change.
It's a wonderful experience to watch a movie outdoor.

Nice space with a few good healthy eateries, art exhibitions, art studios and spaces to work. The one thing I dislike about this place is the lack of parking. You can never find parking here and al around is blocked. Guess they are building parking areas, let’s hope it is free and enough!

I was very inspired of that place while came in Dubai. But because of my high expectations I was disappointed. 
What I really get from there:
- just A few art galleries from the whole district are ready to accept visitors. But they are cool.
- you can find there about 3-5 hubs to have some meal and work with you laptop. (It was not the purpose of my visit so I didn't come) 
- some shops and offices that I wasn't expected to see there, because I was sure it is a district just for art spaces 
- the last you should know, the public transport route is awful. Please don't waste your time and don't wear out your feet by off-road. Taxi in Dubai is expensive but the only way to get to the destination in a good mood.

Interesting to go once or twice. Really only very good when there's a festival there, otherwise it's very quiet.

One of Dubai's hidden gems, it offers the contemporary art experience among other things such as workshops and cool restaurants/cafes. Definitely worth a visit.

One of good destination for art lovers, there areany art galleries inside the Avenue, also they organise very nice event every year in January, lots of art galleries and live music, dance and sometimes cinema shows in the main yard inside,  food, snacks and drinks are available there while the events,  no entry fee for the Avenue also car parking plots absolve outside and nearby, this is good for all ages,  can spend nice times with family or friends there

Amazing experience. Words escape my mind. It is the best culture center and artistic hub in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. There are reading space, working area, table arrangements and a theater inside it where visual art can be performed. A fabulous choice for arranging any artist event here.

Would be wrong if I say Dubai's Futurists Art center as it's already an art and culture hub. Modern, contemporary, classic, or any other art form you will find it here. From visuals to performing art galleries and centre Al Serkal avenue have it all. 
And healthy interesting and very amazing dine in options.

Not allowed to take photos. Security will follow you wherever you go, you will feel like you are a suspect of doing something illegal. Will not recommend to people who wants to hangout with friends

Great place with art & souvenirs. Nice hideout from busy area. Fantastic place to have coffee among beautiful surroundings. Absolutely love it!!!

If your eyes like to see arts or if you are an artist . Then avenue is for you . If you're a tourist visiting then this is a must visit . Moreover , they have some amazing resturants in there . It is a very nice spot in Dubai . Highly recommended for both residents and tourists.

Amazing creativity here!  It is very enjoyable strolling thru all galleries week days.  Many cafes to shield you off the heat and energy you burned.  Ending in Mirzam chocolate facotry / cafe is the best way to wrap up this artful trip❣️

The only thing i do not like about al serkal is the parking ptoblem but otherwise i always it a good place to visit andfor meetings.

Had a great experience at the City Makers hall in Al Serkal Avenue. A great venue that’s filled with passion and positive energy

Great location, up and coming trendy shops - mainly designers with a difference and just opposite to the well renowned Kidz Inc Dubai! Can’t wait till the weather gets cooler and ripe market opens!

No parking available! gallery owners aggressively defending their territory.   it's not about art anymore, if you're looking for real art in a more relevant environment head to DIFC.

The main highlight of Dubai's contemporary art scene. Try to be there during the day, because most galleries close down around 19.00.

This is one of my favorite places in Dubai. It's a little oasis of creativity in the middle of an industrial desert

Beautiful art galleries! The chocolate factory (Mirzam) is a must visit! Cute little eateries as well! This place will not disappoint 

Very chic centre for the arts. People into design/ art/ music and all things aesthetic should definitely go and take a look. Excellent.
