This mall is specially for brands. If you are looking for brands & offers on brands then this is the mall to be at. Be it sports or clothes or accessories like handbags etc all showrooms are here Nike, Skechers, DKNY, Coach to name a few. Ample parking space. If you are driving here via Google map then keep your vehicle on far end right once you are nearby else you will miss the turn. The lane to keep in is the last lane of exit

If you're looking for drop down items, Dubai Outlet Mall is the place to go located near Route 66. You can find and shop for luxury bags, apparels, jewelries, shoes and many more here at a very reasonable price. When we visited, most shops offer Buy 1 Get 1 and up to 70% marked down price. Parking is spacious too and a selection of fast food stores.

Very good and huge mall having a lot of famous brands and  the prices is quite cheaper than other malls because it’s previous season stuff , the mall having food court in second floor and there’s some shops in first floor , the mall has two entrances, parking is available and car washing services is available as well , I recommend this mall because you will find a-lot of offers .

I am living in Dubai for the past 5 years. 1st time I visited this mall. It was surprise for me. The best mall for branded products. Any one visiting Dubai for shopping should go tho this mall for shopping for sure...All the best fashion brands are there. And I got very good deals too

Dubai Outlet Mall is a shopper's paradise! With a wide array of brands and discounted prices, it's the ultimate destination for bargain hunters. The layout is convenient, and the variety of stores cater to diverse tastes. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours. Overall, it's a great place for shopping enthusiasts looking for deals in Dubai.

All brands production line outlets are accessible here. That is the reason it's called as outlet center. Any time you will get great limits on all brands. Best spot for shopping. Decent environment, large food court.. Plentiful parking.... Should visit place

Good mall to buy expensive items at a bargain.

Went there with family on a trip to spend the last day of holidays. The mall has an impressive and wide selection of brands.
Though the hype of discounts is overrated, the "large" display of 90% discounts is always accompanied by a very small "up to" and even than on very limited articles.
While you can sometimes find good bargains they are few and far between.
Then you have to consider the distance from city center, the distance is a good half hour on car/taxi and 45 minutes on public transport.
Please note from the bus drop off you have walk a good 850 meter to the entry gate and half of that is non paved sand. On your way back the bus stop is across the highway, you have to walk through underground tunnel to reach the stop. Again the path has sections of sand. Lastly there is no shelter on the bus stand just a sign post, God bless you if you have use public transport in summer and in the afternoon at that.
I give a four star for presentation and variety but ultimately not worth the trip.

It is a huge mall and requires a lot of patience to go around and shop. Always wear comfortable shoes to go to this place. Weekends are best avoided. There is absolutely no parking space. They can do much more for the parking. The goods aren't very cheap when compared from other malls. A person can get goods at good prices if one is using weird or odd sizes.

An average mall.
Quite big. Prayer area was good and big too. Ablution area was bit small.
Overall mall is well managed. Lot of factiry outlet shops for different brands.
Only problem is its parking.

This mall has a lot of outlet stores for different brands. The prices here are always lower normal store shops, but you will find a limited collection and it is always a challenge to find your size in what you like. However, it is always my first favorite place for shopping when I need to shop for a lot of stuff.
Parking is very big and always easy to find a parking even in weekends.

While it is located far many other parts of Dubai, it is well worth the trip. It has shops for many popular and some luxury brands. The prices are far lower, but the selection may also be limited in each store. We spent the most amount of time here as compared to other malls in Dubai because there were so many good offers. The food court does not have many options, but enough to find something for everyone in the group.

It’s a small outlet mall but includes a good number of stores. You can find new collections as well as previous one. As for the prices, it is not as cheap as expected being an “outlet”.
However you can benefit from deal prices and the mall is often quiet / not a busy place so you can enjoy a half day shopping and have some lunch at the food court.
You can easily find a parking spot for your car.
As for the kids, there is a playground in the upper level where they can eat, play and enjoy the show of Chukee Cheese.

Wow!! lot of shopping options and bargains. Go there on Mondays to save considerably as they have more offers as displayed. nice place to shop around. far from the city but worth visiting for better offers and promotions. Very crowded during weekends, unlimited parking options. Plenty of Eating options to choose from. Well worth a Long drive.

A great place for shopping with big discounts but the taxi ride drains all the value. There is no metro connection and the bus is a very bad option since they don't follow their schedule.
The only sensible way to go is a taxi, but is it worth it? You'd struggle to shop and save the money equivalent to the taxi fare.

It is a customer friendly place.
You can get a good bargain here.

As mentioned by every other reviewer whose review I've read, parking certainly needs an overhaul, the management is seriously underestimating the number of shoppers. Another thing I noted is that the sports outlets were scattered across the mall, on the 2 floors. There is a vacant space in the atrium past the entrance that is used for temporary stalls and games throughout the year. After digressing, more often than not would you find the prices in the outlets here cheaper than any other outlet in the whole of UAE. The food court is developing and implementing proper arrangements during the holy month of Ramadan and so are the ice cream parlors across the mall. All in all, anyone could find themselves a good deal here if they invest a few hours of their precious time. Another noteworthy point is that the quality of products being sold in some of the outlets is questionable.

The mall is a little far from the city. You will have to plan in advance to reach there and do some purchase. The mall doesn't have anything unique shopping options that you travel right from Dubai to Outlet mall. It is same as any other mall. But yes, there is huge play area for kids where they have a plenty of games for kids especially.

Wide number of top branded outlets. Bit far from the city and less crowd. This place is located about 30 minutes by car or a taxi from the Deira area. Normally prices are very good. Customer service desk was also very helpful.

First of all parking is a pain in the backside even though there are loads of spaces but most of the times it is really crowded out and thus getting a  parking can even take one hour. Offers wise this mall would have great offers all the year round now that is a great news and that is the reason why you have shoppers flocking in big numbers. Its is really in the outskirts of the city thus its far as such. Otherwise they should have good business. I can see them expanding the operations.

If you go to outlet mall and you don’t try Dolma House food then you missed a big part of your visit 😜 it is a Turkish and Russian Food place.. we had our dinner there. Food was fresh with moderate spices!! It was delicious .. yummy for tummy 🤤🤤🤤 highly recommended !! 🙂

A nice mall to visit. Good variety of shops. Dont expect low prices except in a very small amount shops. Food court has nice variety

An average number of high end brands to choose from. This mall is famous for its exclusive brands at low end prices. However, much of the stores lacks certain sizes and fits, slightly outdated and not the latest trends.

Nice place with plenty of choice. Can find nice stuff with relatively low prices. But be aware, some shops are selling products with higher price then in normal malls. Recommended shops - Tommy Hilfiger, GAP.

This mall has outlet stores of many well known brands. The mall is located far from the city. It's better to travel to this mall on car. You can travel either by bus or taxi. Only 2 busses goes to this location 66 and 67. The busses are very alternate hours. If you want to buy old fashion products at low cost than it is the best place to visit.

Bit far but the access is easy. Fine if you have car. Good prices in general. Do not expect to be like US outlets.

Excellent place to visit. Good shopping experience. One should visit Dubai out let mall if you visit Dubai. It's really worth for branded shoes and Bags

Love this place! Of course, because of its array of discounted fashion brands and miscellaneous items. Why pay full retail? If you can get it for a cheaper price?

Very rich with variaties of many brands and nice food court for a quick bite and coffee shops.
Only challenge you may face here is to find a parking place for your car specially on weekends. Better use some transportation.
Most of the stores will provide good offers and better prices than other branches while you need to follow up for the sale seasons to assure having best deals and prices.

You can find some really good offers here, especially in sport clothing and shoes. Stores for men and women fashion are also available. 
There is ample parking space. 
The only drawback is the distance. This place is located in the middle of the desert.

Gud place for shopping. You will find all the outlet of you favourite brands.
There's food court as well as restaurants on different spots.
Its not crowded like other malls bcoz its not connected with metro or bus.

Visited the chuck e cheese play area. Nice place to have kids birthday party. Spacious play area. Also the mall is good place for shopping brands at bargain price.

My favourite mall to get sports gear. There are many options available there which includes almost all the leading retailers. Sometimes I get really good deal for mountaineering items, mainly jackets and pants. I like other outlets as well like sacoor, diesel, us Polo, Beverly hills polo etc. They had a decent food court.

The mall offers an excellent mix of different variety outlet shops offering all kinds of wearing stuff at much discounted rates and number of branded shops from different countries. Food court is good as expected.
Clothes, shoes, watches, perfumes, children playing areas, stroller rental for children, toy stores and much more.

High end brands are being sold at less price. 
More activity in the mall will make it look better. 
Parking is available within two rounds. 
Kids will love it...
Music to be more vibrant.
Cleanliness is at its best.

One among the best shopping locations in Dubai..... Situated outside the city limits..... almost all major brands have outlets here..... nice ambiance...... most outlets also provide offers all the year round......,,,,,,...the food court is also nice............,, very good parking facilities......... they also started a concert venue last year with very good seating options.......

Nice mall if you have defined objective.
Even though it is very far from the city, you can see a lot of people come here.
So it is very hard to find a parking space here during weekends and holidays.
The factory outlet and comic cave here got good collection. If you are lucky you will find good deals too.

Outlet mall is a famous mall in Dubai. A lots of international brands are joining in this mall. As per it's name, This mall is a group of well known brand's outlet. You can purchase many branded companies products from here such as cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, fashion wears, shoes and etc...
Reasonable prices and vast selections are making this mall so familiar and crowded.
A very good food court is also offers this place. You can taste many well known brand's verity of foods from here.

I went there specially for "COMIC CAVE" and I would say it was really worth it.. and Staff was really friendly.. They had a Lot of Collections there. 
Not much into Clothes like my brother and sister but according to them the prices are reasonable and Stuff was good too. 
My Brother even lost his phone when we reached there but The Security Guard were really helpful and Helped us and he got back his mobile too. So a Special Thumbs Up to Them.. :)
