Open Paws Jeddah is a team of dog-lovers who volunteer their time to dog rescues, through rehabilitation and re-homing of abandoned dogs in Jeddah, and they care and support for the dogs continue even after dogs have been adopted. They ask for an adoption fee of minimum 500SR with each adoption which goes towards the costs of caring for their rescues (vaccinations, microchipping, medication, surgeries, travel...etc). All dogs adopted through OPJ come with valid passports/vaccination books with full vaccine, microchip and are neutered and spayed. Some of dogs are in kennels, some are with foster carers and others are with their previous owners until a suitable home is found for them. For anyone who wants to meet any of the dogs, should first fill out an adoption application and adhere to a home visit to ensure the basic requirements are met before proceeding.
