The longest beach in Sharjah is Al Heera Beach, which stretches 3.5 km along the Arabian Gulf and offers a wide selection of food options along with a number of unique activities for guests to enjoy. There are sports fields, bike lanes, jogging tracks, and kid-friendly play places at the shore. It also has Sharjah's first professional skate park, called the "Kota Skate Park," which has tracks for skaters of all skill levels and a variety of roller sports, including as bicycle motocross (BMX), scootering, and skateboarding. The skatepark will also have a kid-only pump track that circles the outside of the facility and is subject to strict safety guidelines.
