With it being women’s month, we looked to our founders for some inspiration and insights on what kids activities in Dubai they love. Well, them and their kids of course! This week we spoke with co-founder Therese and got 6 activities that her kids absolutely love.

The Palm Monorail
Taking a ride on the Palm Monorail is probably one of the kids’ favorite activities to do! Because they’re quite young, the views from the monorail always gets them to excited. We even play fun games like eye-spy which really makes the experience more fun for them. We tend to take a trip on the monorail whenever we’re on the palm – and it’s a must try for the little ones.

Dubai Tram
Following from the monorail – the kids LOVE the tram! Maybe it’s just anything moving above or around traffic, but whenever we’re on the tram they are absolutely amused by the cars and people around us. It’s another one that we would recommend for the little ones – to show them around Dubai Marina/JBR. You’ll realize that to them, the simplest kids activities in Dubai are the most fun!
Free Outdoor Spots for Scooting
In the past few months – we’ve really loved heading out to scoot! There are so many spots around town that are scooter friendly that it really makes taking the kids out even more fun. There’s even a list on QiDZ with the top free scooting spots around town where you can take the scooters or bicycles. It’s also a great time for the whole family to enjoy – you can even pack up a picnic at one of the parks and have a lovely evening.

The Green Planet
Here’s a spot that we love going to whenever we can! The Green Planet is such an incredible place – both for kids and adults. It’s incredible having all these exotic animals and fauna right here in Dubai. The most amazing part about The Green Planet for the kids is the interaction with animals. They absolutely love it.
We always buy our tickets on QiDZ and make a day of it.
The Pointe The Palm
The Pointe is a fantastic place to take the kids – to scoot or just to enjoy the outdoor activities. There’s so much to do on the Pointe – there are water activities, space for biking/scooting and so many restaurants to enjoy. Not to mention the fountains in the evening! It’s definitely a spot that the kids really love to visit – and we do too!
Dinosaur Park at Dubai Garden Glow
If you haven’t visited the Dino Park at Dubai Garden Glow, you should definitely head there this week. The Dino Park is absolutely a favorite with the kids, the life size dinosaurs always intrigue and amuse them to the point where they don’t want to leave! We normally take a walk around Garden Glow after the dinosaurs and the kids love the glowing structures and lights.
