QiDZ Co-Founder Ines’ Top Kids Activities in Dubai

With it being women’s month, we looked to our founders for some inspiration and insights on what kids activities in Dubai they love. Well, them and their kids of course! This week we spoke with co-founder Ines and got 8 activities that her kids absolutely love.

Al Qudra Love Lake
During this year, a family activity that we’ve come to love is going into the desert. Not only do we enjoy the open area space to ourselves but the kids have so much fun running up and down the dunes during the day. We usually stay until the sun goes down, and wow the sunset in the desert is incredible. We would recommend going just for that!
During the evening time when the weather gets a little more chilly, we make a fire and sit around with our family, roasting marshmallows and doing a BBQ. It’s grown to be one of our favorite family activities.

Kite Beach
Here’s another one of my kids favorite activities in Dubai. They love going to Kite Beach! We enjoy spending time by the beach, usually we go paddle boarding or sometimes if the kids want, we rent kayaks! It’s a lot of fun to enjoy.
The great thing about Kite Beach is there’s so much to explore, not just the beach, the restaurants and other fun kids activities too! Plus there is ample parking so you don’t have to worry about that.

At The Top at Burj Khalifa
Going to the top of Burj Khalifa may seem like something you only do once, but the girls seem to love it the more we go! Not only do you get to enjoy the views from the top, but there’s always a fun day to be had when you go to Downtown.
Normally we head to The Dubai Mall after for some lunch, and then the girls love going to the Aquarium! And we do too! We buy our tickets for Burj Khalifa easily on QiDZ and there’s an amazing offer for the Dubai Aquarium too, so we’re always set.
When the weather was cooler, we would also rent the scooters from the boulevard and have an amazing family day.
Aquaventure & The Lost Chambers
Probably one of the top kids activities in Dubai has to be waterparks! Aquaventure is one of our favorites to go to when we can. Waterparks are the best day out with the whole family. Now that the weather is getting warmer too, we can’t wait to head to Aquaventure, not to mention check out their new rides!

La Mer Beach
Another one of the kids favorite activities in Dubai is to head to La Mer! There is so much fun to be had at La Mer, from Laguna Waterpark to Hawa Hawa, it really is a fantastic family day out. Not to mention the beach right there too.
We’ve really grown to love all of the incredible outdoor spots in Dubai especially since the weather has been amazing! So if you want to visit, we would recommend going soon before it really gets too hot.

Aqua Fun
A fantastic family activity (and was one on our bucket list) is Aqua Fun! The largest inflatable water park on the ocean. We bought our unlimited day pass from QiDZ and it was a life saver. The kids kept going back and we had to pull them off. It really helped that we were able to get off the inflatables. We could go relax, refuel with a snack and some water and just get our energy back before going on it again.
