Berry Parfait Breakfast
Here’s a wholesome and yummy breakfast the kids can put together for themselves or mum & dad! It’s so easy to make and really delicious too! All you need is:
- Berries (as many as you’d like)
- Strawberry yogurt (you can use whatever flavor you prefer or even add Greek yogurt!
- Granola

Easy Guacamole
A classic dip! Your kids are sure to enjoy mashing up avocados – and what’s better is they’ll enjoy eating it afterwards too! Here’s what you need for this yummy guac:
- ½-1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
- 1 small tomato or 3 cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- ¼ white or yellow onion, finely diced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Easy Pizza
Yes you read that right! Pizza can be healthy too if you want it to be! Make your own pizza and let the kids get involved too – add some veggies and try out new ingredients to make your own delicious healthy pizza. The basics that you need are:
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 packet active yeast
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- A tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- Just 1 jar marinara sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
- Additional toppings of choice

- 1/2 ts Baking soda

- 2 cups flour

- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- ½ cup honey

- 1 banana
- 1 avocado
- 2 cups spinach
- ½ cup chocolate chips
