MAKE UP CLASS POLICY:
1. Students can miss a maximum of 2 classes at most if urgent cases
happened
2. If one class was missed, make up classes will run for 1 hour only.
3. If two classes were missed, make up classes will run for 2 hours.
4. Fun Robotics will arrange a week after the term to give students make up
sessions for their missed classes.
a. Exact date will be provided at the beginning of each term.
b. Students/parents will be given 2 days to choose from (Saturday or a
weekday)

MAKE UP CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. If the makeup class is already confirmed, any cancellation should be done
48 hours prior to the scheduled timing.
2. Any cancellations made less than 48 hours before the makeup class will
be considered attended and no make up will be made for that.
3. If you missed the scheduled make up class without any prior notice, it
will be considered attended and fun robotics will not arrange another
session.
