We arrived without our tickets as we had forgot his mobile phone and we are very anxious. We were served by June who was so professional and efficient and managed to find our booking. She was so :-), happy and endearing she took us to a dolphin experience in a taxi and discussed what areas to go and at what times. A complete asset to the company I would not want to have been served by anybody else as she completely made our visit special

if you go to Dubai and miss this place your trip is not complete...do not waste your time in malls and such places! book online for your entrance+locker+food(if u wish) is something that will help you start the fun faster. every game has it's special experience...safe place for all people and kids, also try to buy swim shoes because the ground can be very hot because of sun heath.

A very clean water park. You have many slides. Some are for kids and other for people who enjoy more adrenaline. Went in March 2021, a perfect time since the temperature was just right. Best to come around the time of the opening so you can choose the best spot Fantastic way to spend a summer day with family. There are quite a few thrilling rides, and the cool water provides a great escape from the heat. Highly recommend it.

A great way to escape the heat of Dubai. Grounds are kept up very nice, and the staff are always willing to lend a friendly hand. My only complaint is that a large portion of park has been closed this summer for maintenance reasons. Otherwise…some great slides and attractions!

We had so much fun! Staffs were so friendly and informative. Even some rides were on renovation we still manage to enjoy. What i like the most is the washroom/changing room/toilets! Clean and does not stink. They even give free dental kit. 👍👍👍

People can grab inflatable tubes, single or double, and can jump into the current to get a quick water tour around the place, propelled by flowing water. If you you want to spend your day floating along the lazy river, being pulled up to rides without getting off your tube, you're at the right place. Or if all you want to do is find, a patch of grass, under a tree, to relax or have a snooze, even have a splash in the ocean, this place is just short of being paradise. You can't take in your own food and refreshments, so remember to take enough money. The food options are limited, with few healthy choices. What you'd expect from a fast food, canteen-style setup. Don't forget to take sunblock, otherwise they sell there but expect to pay a premium.There are also lockers (to keep valuables safe and towels you can rent.

An amazing family day with the kids. The waterpark is clean and every corner seems to be well sanitized. Food inside is expensive though! make sure you have eaten before and you are not hungry after the water rides :-) Overall the experience is worth it. Thanks QiDZ for the recommendation!

not exactly, it’s not opening at 8:00am but at 10:00 ! it’s a huge difference because at 11:00am it’s already to hot...

So cool and huge. One day isn't enough to see the whole park. The beach is very clean. Is safe for kids because there are many lifeguards. You can have a lot of fun on the slides or you can relax on the beach or beside the pool.

Thrilling and enjoyable experience. Beautiful location.Approach to Atlantis Hotel by monorail is awesome experience. You get to see Dubai skyline before you plunge down from top of the two of the most terrifying rides. One of them aptly called ‘leap of faith’

Best go in the Summer time as it's that hot not as many people visit so small Q's. It's a MUST u take water proof footwear or your feet will literally burning off. Don't bother getting a towel cos u end up leaving it on a chair. U will literally dry off quickly as u walk round. Take a waterproof camera.

One of the water parks outside of North America hands down! DON'T FORGET YOUR SLIPPERS, OR BUY THE GOOD QUALITY AQUA SHOES.. YOUR FEET WILL BURN! Make sure you get out to the beach for warm waters. The body slides are a bit intense, my son got a big scratch on this back from the one where you simply drop.. So take care

I can't say much because I did not stay long or try many of the available entertainment activities, but Saber and his gift shop were very unique and creative. It was very easy to access via public transportation (tram/monorail) and not expensive for a taxi alternative to the JBR. There is an aquarium and a water park available for a fee and a lot of shopping choices.

The best water park in Dubai! We have been to Wild Wadi too, but I think that Aquaventure is the better one. Why is it better? - There is a beach for relaxing and salt water swimming. - It seems larger. - The lazy river runs throughout and is very well laid out. - The layout of the park seems more natural. We had a great day when me and my other half went and we also took friends there on a separate occasion. Both times were super fun. The rides are incredible with mild to pretty scary and one flume takes you through a tank with fish and stingrays. There are many good options throughout the park and all can be purchased using bands and then redeemed at the end. Lockers and storage is good with greater shower facilities. Towels can be rented and are huge! Overall, a great day out!

Great experience for all the family. Rides suitable from 6 years up. There is an area for younger kids but it is not as exciting as other parks. Bring flip flops you will walk a lot and the ground is hot. The place is split around two main towers with two main attractions, leap of faith and Poseidon's revenge, must do both

Amazing water park and it has a great ambience n architecture, feels like you are really in the under water city of Atlantis. Everything is built and named as the legend of Atlantis. The staff is also very helpful n vigilant. The food options are also a lot more compared to other water parks and have reasonable prices as well.

Pretty good Water Park, but it was almost $75 per person. There were about 8 big slides and a lazy river. Compared to some in America, the slides weren't giant, but they were still pretty fun. It is a nice atmosphere and pretty beautiful having the sea on both sides. You have to pay extra to go to the dolphins and sea lions. Overall, pretty good water park, but expensive

It's pricey for the rides you get there. It has 2 main areas with slides, placed at the opposite sides. Be aware, that the ones closer to entrance exits to "lazy river", so by the time you learn how to navigate yourself from lazy river to nearest exit, you will spend more time in "lazy river" than on the slides itself. The slides are fun and fast. My son 11 was allowed even on the scariest drop. If you not the guest of Atlantis, when you arrive in the parking lot, they have an air conditioned booth with the till, where you buy fast-food vouchers (same price as without, you only get one scoop of ice-cream for free with the voucher). They charge for lockers. Small locker was OK for 2 adults and 3 kids to keep shoes, close and bulky camera. Be aware, locker is per person not per group, and it is linked to bar-code on the wristband. They didn't warn us, and linked it to mine, so my wife couldn't use it. With gender separate changing rooms, you have to change and take your belongings to whoever got the locker. The other disappointment that all rides close at 17.45 and you've started to get evicted from the area at around 6pm. They have a very nice clean beach, which you have no time to enjoy, as you've paid for rides, but after 6pm park closes it's doors even for Atlantis guests. So, don't delay you visit to the beach.

Extreme experience!!! With the scariest rides we’ve ever been I recommend the visit of the park. Good to know that the queues depend on the time of the year but they’re always in the shade. Careful with leaving the flip flops by the towers as we did it and when back they’d stolen mines. Luckily one of the members of the staff lent me some basic ones although I saw mines on a tower at the other side of the park (I recognised them as they have such a characteristic pattern) and took them back! Don’t get scared by the Poseidon’s revenge, the countdown and the enclosure can seem very frightening but the pump of adrenaline is worth every second!

You have to go here if you visit Dubai. Brilliant rides, quiet beach, relaxed vibe and an amazing day out. I have been when it's super busy and when it's quiet. If it's a busy day I would recommend getting Fast Pass so that you can make the most out of the day. Worth the price!!!

This is great place to be in.. this is must visit place for all the tourists.. it's is not expensive but the experience you get at this place will be amazing. The adventures rides are awesome. There is a designated rides and areas for The kids and adults.. The lazy pool is amazing. Just lay down on your air tubes and relax. It will take you to all the rides.. These is a express pass which help you to go for any ride without being in long queue.. This place is also known as THE PALM DUBAI/ATLANTIS WATER PARK

Don't go during tourist season as you would have to stand for hours in achieving queue. Enjoy the beach and aquaventure. Food available inside. No outside food. Fun! Highly recommend for all ages. Be sure to get there early enough so as to get your money's worth. Don't carry too many belongings or else you'd have to pay for a locker to keep them in. You don't need to know how to swim before going here. Queues are long so pre purchase your tickets. Go with your swim suit, money for snacks and have fun!

An excellent water park - one of the best. Fun for all the family, large enough & with many rides so you don't seem to be waiting in line too long. The 'not so lazy' river has to be experienced and this park is situated on it's own beach so plenty of space for relaxation. If we lived in Dubai, we would have an annual pass.

Not to be missed in my opinion. Also consider combining with either a dolphin swim or the aquarium. Both are amazing. Lazing on the ‘not so relaxing’ river was fun and the slides provided enough entertainment for two adults for most of the day. Consider getting a wrist band charge barcode and you don’t need cash all day. Take you own towels and lockers are a little pricey but we shared a large one between us so more reasonable

Be ready to stay in lines hours. For everything you need to stay in line long. To pay for the park, to enjoy rides, to eat, even to have a locker. Two thirds of your time will be spent just staying in lines!!! Disappointing!

In Dubai it's the place where I have enjoyed a lot. It's a wonderful experience. I'm just loving this place. This fully decorated and well furnished park had given me the experience of swimming, family enjoyment and a thrilling adventure. I'll definitely visit this place again whenever I'll get a chance. The Palm Jumeirah Monorail's last station is residing on it's top and it enhances the look of this park. As Dubai is a deserted area, so to avoid the hot weather it'll be better to visit Dubai from the month of October to January. I only have a request to the authority that if it is possible to keep the park open till 7:00 in the evening it will be far better. Thank you

I visited this place on 7th January and I was not disappointed. The water park is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is fun for the whole family. If you pay/hire towels to use during your stay at the park, be careful as some people dodge payment only to pick other people's towels from the chairs. Mine was taken.......and since all the park towels are the same you can't do much about your loss. Don't carry a snack/drink to this place as instead of safely keeping it for you the guys at the entrance simply trash it. We had a good time ..... and I will come back again but with my own towels.

If you are in Dubai Palm Jumeirah is the must visit place and if you are water park lover Aquaventure Water Park is the place to visit! Huge park with awesome water slides and rides! don’t forget to take The Leap Of Faith and Poseidon Tower! there is a ride for everyone plus staff is very caring.You can get a locker, waterproof pouch for mobile and a towel once in at a very minimal price. Loved the water rides. There are various activities for all age groups and overall we enjoyed the place. There are two different type of paid lockers to keep your stuff when you arrive there but no proper details are available on size of lockers except that one is small and another is big. Small can accommodate max one regular size lean backpack and 2 people changing clothes. Large is double of it's size. You are not supposed to take food items inside not even in locker. Staff at counter and security are not friendly but you will find friendly staff around water rides and that is what matters most. Directions are placed poorly and people keep getting confused between lines for different water rides. Just focus on rides and you will have lot to discover and enjoy here.

It is a good amusement park for both kids and adults. This park has thrilling rides and it is a good experience if your learning to swim for the first time. There is a well maintained service of all the commodities. Best for the people who loves adventure, fun, swimming.

Fun for all the family. This place is amazing from the rides to the food. Relax in the water and travel around the entire park. There are many slides to enjoy from the sting ray to the leap of faith. There are 2 towers which contain the rides. All of them are fun and enjoyable for all ages. Poseidon’s Revenge is one which is the only ride which you are requires your weight to be checked. This is the trap door slide. Hold on tight it's a vertical drop. There's a kiddies area too. It also has it's own beach area, sunbeds, restaurant and there are toilets. Changing rooms, showers, lockers and shop are all located at the entrance. This place is a MUST visit

One of the best water parks in the world (I would know) really low height restrictions for kids. Amazing kids zone with loads of lifeguards you can just leave them.

You loose the sense of time while here. You get a locker to store your stuff before proceeding to the water park. A lot to do and see. Adventure for all. Comes highly recommended when visiting Dubai. Can be a bit pricey. There are cameras to take photos while sliding. Attentive and friendly staff.

I have visited this water park 3 times and loved it every time. It’s a great place for families as well as grown ups. There is so much to do. In keeping with the rest of Dubai the park is clean and a luxury water park with sun beds a plenty. If you fancy it you can book out a cabana area which we have done before. Perfect day out and a must for your itinerary.

I've had fantastic time. Here is how you skip the crowds on a weekend day: - Arrive before start, at 9:50. Bring a small snack with you. - Spend 2h at the closest tower to the entrance. There won't be any lines. People will start to arrive, and it'll get busy by noon. - At noon go to the second tower, it'll be empty. Have your snack, and spend another 2h the. People will be having lunch at this time. - At two - go to the beach. It'll still be empty. - Leave before 4 while exits aren't overloaded. You'll love it

Best water park in the world without a doubt rides are wow factor however extremely disappointing that they make their visitors dispose packed lunches including fluids! Only to be ripped of inside £5 equivalent in Dirhams for a soft drink can

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in Dubai. Lines get stuck for no obvious reason with very few people in line l, imagine what could happen if it was crowded. The staff and security are very rude and act as if they owned the park. The management apparently hire muscled men regardless of their education or mental health. If something happens with the security and you escalate it to the management you will be surprised how inexperienced, inefficient, and disrespectful they are to the customer. It seemed like they were a group of unprofessional, disrespectful liars and thugs. The theme park itself is good but the staff and management are making it the worst theme park the Middle East. Expect no refunds under any circumstances!

Although, there were many things that make it the best place with the highest technology and cleanliness, but it's really crowded with people, and the sliders are very less, should be increased by any means!! People are waiting for more than 40 mins in the queue for each slider!!

Absolutely great fun, fantastic rides and very attentive staff. Handy if you are a guest of the hotel since the park is right on its door step. Very clean and very well laid out. A great way to cool down from the beautiful, hot Dubai weather. Recommended.

Perfect place to visit with family and friends. Good amount of rides. The problem was that the rides were a little far away from each other and dubai's hot weather didn't help. Must have flip flops all the time.

Any one who wants respect, he will never visit neither recommend this place to any one. One of the worst experience of my life at any park. Staff behavior was absurd, arrogant & cheap. Apart from the lady at Ticket counter & the guy at Poseidon Revenge who behaved respectfully. Park itself is very good & no doubt about it.
