Set up a tent in the kids room or in the backyard and pop on one of these family friendly Halloween movies on the iPad. If you don’t have a tent- make a fort out of pillows and sheets and throw some cushions inside to make it comfy. Check QiDZ at Home for ideas on how to make a fort!

1- All Hallows Eve (7+ years)

2- Hotel Transylvania (7+ years)
Hotel Transylvania owner, Dracula, plays over protective dad when an unexpected guest pays interest in his teenage daughter. The whole family will love this hilarious animated movie as Dracula pulls out all the stops to keep him away!
3- Goosebumps (7+ years)
A teen is glum about moving to a small town until he falls for his neighbor. But, her dad is a horror writer and his fictional scary world comes to life!
4- Monster House (7+ years)
Live the fun adventure of three friends who try to uncover the truth about a scary abandoned house, that seems to be eating people!.
5- Spooky Stories (7+ years)
Three stories from Dreamworks where Shrek dares his friends to spook with ghost stories told in a haunted castle
6- The Haunting Hour (7+ years)
The spooky, family-friendly tale follows a teen who struggles to fit in her new school and lashes out by playing wicked pranks on the cool kids.
7- The Spooky Tale of Captain Underpants – (7+ years)
When Melvin tries to cancel Halloween, clever best friends Harold and George create their own spooky holiday, and it’s a huge success!
8- Scooby Doo 2 – (7+ years)
An animated horror comedy movie where Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and Scooby will confront a villain who wants to ruin their city.
9- The Worst Witch (7+ years) – TV Show
A fantasy children’s TV series based on Jill Murphy’s books. The 4 series are all about a girl who stumbles upon a school for witches and after some challenges and hardships, she realises she just might belong there..
10- PAC’S Scary Halloween (7+ years)- TV Show
Discover how Spiral, Cyli and Count Pacula will save their friend Pac from a frightening night in the castle of Count Packenstein.
For Whole Family – Including the youngest viewers
1- Super Monsters Save Halloween (All Ages) – Animated TV Show
This animation movie is suitable for preschoolers +3 and the kids who are afraid of Halloween. Super Monsters will prove that not all monsters are scary and will explain the magic behind Halloween.
2- Super Monsters, Dia de los Monsters (All Ages)- Animated TV Show
Enjoy the songs, dance, spooktacular parade and adventure with the Super Monsters when they get invited to (Day of the Dead) in Howlers’ backyard.
3- Masha’s Spooky Stories- – Animated TV Show
Masha explains why there’s no need to be scared of things like monsters, the dark, going to a new school, thunder and other common childhood fears.
4- Spooky Stories: Volume 2 – Animated TV Show
The Shrek characters parody the music video “Thriller”. 4 short episodes, together make up around an hour.

The Addams Family (8+ years)
A fictional movie about a spooky family of ghouls meets an odd stranger claiming to be a relative. Is he part of an evil plot or is he really Gomez’s long lost brother?
The Addams Family Values (8+ years)
Siblings Wednesday and Pugsley Addams will stop at nothing to get rid of their new baby brother Pubert. Things go from bad to worse when Uncle Fester unwittingly marries the new nanny, Debbie Jellinsky, who tries to bump him off and add him to her list of “Missing Husbands” .
